I had to return something and, the process was easy from what I remember. Customer service was helpful and got me pointed in the right direction without much hassle.

I ordered a set from nagnata.com after my sister mentioned she’d been eyeing their stuff, and I’m really happy with it. The fabric is soft but still supportive, so it feels great for walks, errands, and lighter workouts. It also doesn’t dig in much, which is a big plus for me.

I’m giving it one star off because it is definitely a bit expensive, and the shipping took a little longer than I thought it would. That said, I’ve been reaching for it a lot, so I’d still say it was worth it overall.

I wanted this to work, but the sizing was really off on me. Put it on and... nope. Tight in the arms, tight around the waist, just tight everywhere. Definitely felt like it ran small.

I dunno, this just wasn’t for me at all. The designs feel kinda weird and I can’t see myself wearing most of it. The colors looks a bit off too, and for the price I really expected something better.

I was expecting the quality to be a little better for the price. The fabric feels thin, and the stitching on mine wasn’t the neatest. It might be fine if you’re only wearing it once in a while or got it on sale, but at full price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I ordered from nagnata.com and overall the shipping was okay. Like, not super fast, but not a disaster either. I got the tracking email after a couple of days, which I was kind of waiting on, but once it came through it worked fine.

The package showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. Everything was packed neatly and nothing was damaged, which is the main thing I care about with clothes/orders like this.

I’d give it 4 stars mainly because delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Not a huge problem, and I’d still order again, but yeah… faster updates would make the whole thing feel a lot smoother.

They shipped me a $600 jacket with a missing string on the zip and wouldn't allow me to return it or send me the missing piece.

They did offer me a discount though so I can spend more money on their garbage.

Scam company, avoid them.
